Kikuyu is predominately spring and summer active with a very small amount of winter growth. It is a medium blade grass that can grow with very little water and thrives in South Australia's dry heat. Kikuyu is extremely hardy and can tolerate high levels of traffic. Uncoated seed 1kg covers 600-1000m2.
