Entry to the Promotion is open to SA residents only

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older

Only Facebook profiles which show the first and last name of the entrant may enter this Promotion. Duplicate profiles will void their entries.

Employees of the Promoter or their family members are not eligible for the promotion, and if drawn will be null and void and the winner re-drawn from the list.

Method of Entry

Winner will be chosen at random from the list of the Promoter’s Facebook followers.

Notification of winners

Winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger, and/or email within 7 days of the End date of the competition.

Public Announcement of Winners

The winner’s first name and first initial of their surname will be published on our website, and on Facebook. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

This promotion is in no way sponsored by, promoted by, endorsed by, administered by or approved by Facebook nor its employees.

Right of Cancellation/Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

Miscellaneous

Prize collection must be in person from 356 Brighton Rd, Hove, at a mutually agreed time. This collection time will not be published, only the winner will be notified of the prize collection time.

Winner must provide proof of ID, and sign-in to their Facebook page in the presence of staff of the Promoter.

Winner will be drawn with the use of a Random Number Generator – each number designating a spreadsheet row maintained by the Promoter, being the lists of names of Entrants as they are entered on that spreadsheet.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
